For over a decade, Oscar has worked for some of the most prestigious hotels in Los Angeles. He has worked for such reputable companies as Marriott, Hyatt, Four Seasons, and the impeccable Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills. This experience provided him with the foundation that created GEC World which eventually would become the very successful GEC Events.

GEC World was first created as a Corporate Solutions Company to assist clients with Corporate Event Planning, Web & Graphic Design, and Travel Arrangements around the world. Through the years Oscar noticed that his passion and personality was best demonstrated when he was working on his next big event. In early 2007, he decided to change gears and concentrate the company's efforts on GEC Events. A new look and feel for the company was created and he began to bring forth his innovative ideas that are quickly changing the industry.

Oscar has always had a passion to help create long lasting memories that his guests would carry with them for years to come. He has even been known to M.C. some of the events to ensure that his high expectations are being met by his team. His vast training on paying attention to the smallest details and the culture he has instilled in his team ensure that each event will truly be unique. Even though he takes his job very seriously, Oscar knows that a smile goes a long way. There are many fun surprises around every corner which is his way of breaking the ice with his guests, clients, and fellow team members.
